Hi! My name is Jana, I’m a personal trainer at Nikita Fitness, and I’d be truly happy if you choose to train with me.
Sports and movement are my passion and I believe I can help spark that passion in you too. I take an individual approach to every client, considering their fitness level, experience, and personal goals. I tailor each session to be effective, enjoyable, and aligned with your abilities. I believe we’ll make great progress together – with lightness, a smile, and a positive mood after every workout.
I specialize in:
- strength training at the gym (for beginners and intermediate levels),
- circuit training (indoors and outdoors),
- weight loss (including nutritional guidance),
- diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation),
- fitness and explosiveness training.
My qualifications: Fitness Trainer Level I, II & III
